For pure indulgence, opt for the Gouqi deluxe tasting menu, as long as you have four guests in your party. Your first dish will be fresh gillardeau oyster with rice wine and Szechuan yellow pepper sauce, along with the legendary peking duck with oscietra caviar. Next up is the royal superior one cup bird's nest soup, before the braised whole South African abalone and fish maw with supreme oyster sauce. Then it's time for the slow cooked Japanese wagyu beef, and Scottish blue lobster noodle with ginger and spring onion. There are a few sweet treats to end the menu, including a double delight of Asian desserts and the champagne mango cream with sago.
