Organising Christmas with a difference? Look no further than BRIX - a versatile, 8,500 square foot multi-faceted event space in the heart of London's SE1 postcode. Just minutes from Borough Market, Bankside and Southwark, BRIX is conveniently positioned and easy to get to for guests in and out of London, and offers a variety of spaces for Christmas events.
This space is the third project from Michael Lythgoe and Cidalia Rodrigues, the pair behind Brixton Village Grill and Brixton's iconic hip hop venue Chip Shop. Like the two previous venues, Brix will blend the worlds of food, art and music - Brix promises to be an exciting entertainment space in central London, launched in partnership with world-renowned DJ and producer TROYBOI.
The venue is split across a number of different levels, with various spaces available for private Christmas gatherings. Large groups can head to the smart, industrial-chic main dining hall, which seats up to 100 guests for a festive meal, whilst the private dining rooms, bar lounge and the late night basement bar are available for smaller grops.
The food offering is led by former Soho House Group chef Radek Nitkowski, who's menus are inspired by the steak and smoke houses of New York and Brooklyn. Nitkowski brings his signature flair to the Christmas menus at BRIX too - Christmas parties can choose from a variety of festive dishes, via a three-course menu that includes starters like guinea fowl, ham and pistachio terrine with spiced apple and crispy leeks, mains like roast bronze turkey, cod, or duck breast with all the festive trimmings. Dessert ticks all the nostalgic Christmas boxes too, with Christmas pudding and sherry custard, chocolate mousse and poached pear with candied pecans, or a cheeseboard for the cheese-lovers.
