A private basement area sits up to 30 guests for a cosy Christmas gathering, whilst upstairs you can also hire the Middle Area, with room for up to 45. Or, if you’re planning something bigger and you’d like this chic Italian bar all to yourself, you can also hire both areas in conjunction for a big Christmas drinks party or a meal that celebrates the best of Italian Christmas cooking.
Bar Remo has a number of festive set menus on offer for guests, which feature many of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. Kick things off with a glass of prosecco on arrival, then dive into Italian cured meats, fresh mozzarella, crisp arancini and garlic bread, as well as mains like gnocchi with pesto and calamari, chicken breast with cream and mushroom sauce, and ricotta and spinach tortelloni. Bar Remo also does excellent pizzas, baked to order in a roaring pizza oven.
The drinks menu also includes Italian beers, as well as aperitivo cocktails, a large selection of Italian wines and even grappa if you fancy a post-dinner tipple.
