Showcasing the best of autumn’s bounty cooked with United States’ flavour, 108 Brasserie will start proceedings with an amuse bouche of butternut squash & beef short rib arancini with smoked Monterey Jack cheddar. Next up, choose from Baltimore-style crab cakes with chicory & avocado salad finished with creole remoulade sauce, or honey roasted fig & goat cheese tart with rocket and spiced pecans.
The Caldecott free-range Bronze turkey makes its anticipated entrance with all the trimmings - traditional ‘Stove Top” stuffing, green bean & mushroom cassoulet, sweet potato mash, creamed corn, roast potatoes and that all important cranberry relish. Whilst Sweet potato & mushroom Wellington with sage and cranberries will ensure vegetarians feel equally at home.

Pecan pie or Pumpkin pie with rich chocolate shortcrust pastry will satisfy classicists; Mississippi mud pie with toasted marshmallow offers s’more nostalgia; whilst Key Lime pie and Banoffee pie are every dessert devotee’s dream.
