This Flat Iron Square resident hopes to change that, with an all-day menu serving up the fluffy stuff with both sweet and savoury toppings: choose anything from smoky streaked bacon to hazelnut chocolate ganache. These pancakes pros also have a big focus on goodness, using organic flour and a natural, hand-tapped maple syrup. As well as that, there are dairy-free, wheat-free and vegan varieties, while drinks include Prosecco and craft beers.
