Tom Thumb Cocktail Bar has had somewhat of a unique, and exciting journey – one that the team describe by likening it to “vanquishing the dragons, saving the princess from the tallest tower and making it to safety just in time to enjoy a cocktail or two.” As soon as you walk into Tom Thumb, you'll enjoy the incredible offerings from behind the bar, including over 120 bottles of hand chosen spirits, which are even better when blended up by the expert mixologists into dazzling cocktails.
You'll find a selection of classic cocktails on the menu, such as the Old Fashioned with Evan Williams bourbon, Ragtime Rye or Don Q gold rum, the Paloma is made with El Rayo tequila, house grapefruit and soda, or a Caipirinha with Velho cachaça, lime and a mix of demerara and coconut sugar. For some of the bar's original cocktails, try the Coconut Daiquiri with Aluna coconut rum, Bounty White rum, Wray and Nephew, kaffir and citrus, or the Cherry Street with Ragtime Rye whiskey, Suze aperitif, cherry liqueur and sultana extract.
Fizzy cocktails are named as Giggle Waters on the menu, and include a bellini made with Portobello Road vodka, peach tea syrup and Champagne, and the Elderflower 75 with East London gin, citrus, sugar and bubbles. If you're the designated driver, enjoy the Plum Sour with house plum ferment, agave, lime and egg white, or the Non-Alcho G&T with New London light and Fever Tree tonic water.
