The interiors of the bar are unique and full of creative flair that honours the singer and his career. Here, the main focus is to spark your imagination and inspire guests to leave work and world at the door. The design aims to bring you out of your comfort zone and into a whole world of playful creativity.

A selection of menus are available, each with an exciting take, that can be enjoyed depending on the mood of your trip. If you're visiting during the day then be sure to sit back and relax with coffee to keep you energised throughout the evening.
Cocktail menus from Dav Eames can be created specially with options inspired by Bowie’s 1976 and 1978 Isolar Tour. The menu, named ‘Volume III’ features drinks for each location such as the ‘New York City - May 7th’ made from Dupont calvados, apple, tarragon, lime, red wine and egg whites. Or even the ‘Osaka - December 6th’ made with vodka, sake, sweet vermouth and Maraschino.
A food menu provides a selection of dim sum from Mai Dim Sum, whether you’re looking for simple a la carte dishes of sweet char siu bao and duck and butternut squash dumplings, or a miniature Mai taster menu to allow for a mix and match approach to your dining. Vegetarian and vegan options also hit the menus, plus there’s even the option of a custard bao if you’re wanting a sweet treat to end the meal.
