PROS - helpful friendly staff & owners who want you to enjoy your visit
- nice relaxed atmosphere
- big choice of cocktails
- owners are trying hard to provide something different
BUT ...CONS - that week's theme was Lebanese and unfortunately the quality of the cooking was poor - overcooked/dry potatoes, flatbread crisp/hard, strangely flavoured fish dish, none of the small plates were enjoyable.
- got the impression that because August trade was so low, the food appeared to have been reheated from earlier time.
OVERALL venue has loads of potential- wish they would stick to one style of cuisine and do it well. Current strategy of multiple cuisines seems musguided. Really hope it changes and succeeds
