The Morston Anchor is North Norfolk to a tee. A stone’s throw from the quay, and the silent marshes beyond, its flinty walls whisper stories of smugglers and seadogs. This summer, it’s about to begin a new chapter as The Harper’s little sister (we’re just down the road in Langham). You’ll find a simple, pop-up menu of delicious, wood-fired pizza and locally made ice cream, to accompany your pint. Enjoy it inside or out, but consider it a mere taste of what’s to come. As autumn arrives, we’ll be busy reviving this venerable old inn – a labour of love, for a much-loved local.
