The Gunnery Bar & Restaurant is located in a grade II listed building in the centre of the lovely village of Tarvin. Whilst refurbished to a high standard several years ago, it retains many of
its original features; the bar and wine shop make use of the stunning fitted shelving which was designed by national shop-fitters Parnall and Sons Ltd in 1886. The restaurant is split between four
intimate rooms with original Georgian features and open fire places. The menu changes daily in line with the seasons and features the absolute best of British. Great care is taken in sourcing the
ingredients which go the menus, the Steaks are sourced from the Sheaf Farm shop over the road, fresh fish from Anglesey, poultry from Goosnargh, and the vegetables are field fresh every morning
from local suppliers. Behind the bar you'll find a variety of local cask ales, a comprehensive range of spirits and a thoughtfully put together, comprehensive wine list with over ten available by
the glass.
