The Fish House Fistral

Sitting on a platform that overlooks the sandy beach, the restaurant has a rustic look to it from the outside thanks to its wooden facade and also benefits from outdoor tables, which make the perfect spots to watch the sun set in the evening. Inside the décor is simple yet classy with painted wooden planks lining the walls and a small hatch at the back allowing customers to get a glimpse inside the kitchen.

A range of food menus are available at The Fish House Fistral including a light lunch menu, which features snacky plates like a homemade fish finger open sandwich and fish tacos. Meanwhile, the main menu is a more serious affair with starters on offer such as moules marinière and grilled half shell scallops with red peppers, Serrano ham and breadcrumbs. Main courses range from roasted hake fillet with spring onion mash and a wild mushroom and whiskey sauce to an Indian fish curry, while the restaurant also offers a separate vegan menu.
