The Feathers - Rickmansworth

Went to The Feathers today, Dec 29, party of 10.  Staff were very young, and so slow!!  waited for over an hour for food to arrive.  one person ordered the roast beef, which was very over cooked!! Every thing was OK, edible but not up to the standard I have had at the feathers on other occasions.  Sad really as it was a Christmas get together!  Will choose elsewhere next time.  This place has gone down in my opinion.

Turned up last night at7.45 on Saturday the 4th of September to be greated by the the table staff she took our drinks order at 8.00 followed by our food order drinks arrived no sight of the food my wife said after an hour go up to the bar and ask if the food is coming out there was a birthday party on at the same time but there is no excuse for this it was such a terrible evening that we said to the nice polite bar msn we was not happy and that the drinks should be on the house at least a member of staff should have come over and told us that they were having problems . This is definitely a pub to avoid it does not have the capability of dealing with customers it’s definitely going down hill it used to be a very well run pub not any more avoid if I was you avoid this pub Jason slavin
