Skilled artisans employed traditional techniques to restore Victorian cut glass, lay marble and tiled floors, and recreate wooden screens that partition the seven distinct bars, including the Saloon Bar, Public Bars, and the highly coveted 'Carriage Bar' and 'Ladies Bars,' offering an extensive selection of beers, wines, and spirits. In the splendid old Billiard Hall, a theatre kitchen now resides, serving delectable classic British cuisine beneath a resplendent stained glass canopy.
