We ordered using Deliveroo. Spice Lounge have their own delivery service, though. After three phone calls, promising delivery, and waiting more than 2 hours, Spice Lounge told us that they had delivered the order. Not true. Nothing was ever delivered. They challenged us and refused to reimburse the money. This is simply not acceptable. Never again ordering from this place.
