NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE AT Slug & Lettuce St. Paul's!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS -
My visit to Slug & Lettuce St. Paul's was nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience.
From the get-go, the problems started with the food - subpar quality that left a lot to be desired. We were also hit with an overcharge, making us question the integrity of this establishment.
The pinnacle of disappointment, however, was the false advertising surrounding an event we had prepaid for - an event that NEVER happened. Yes, you read that right. False promises and a complete disregard for customer trust. Unbelievable!
Adding insult to injury, the manager, Giovanni, promised us a refund, a promise that has been conveniently forgotten since September as we find ourselves in January, still waiting for what is rightfully ours. Giovanni's lack of responsiveness, leaving us on read most of the time, no matter how many times I email and try to check in on the refund status, is the epitome of unprofessionalism
Attempts to seek assistance from their customer service only led to further frustration, as I always end up speaking to the same uncooperative Giovanni. It seems accountability is a foreign concept to Slug & Lettuce.
If you value your money and sanity, steer clear of Slug & Lettuce St. Paul's. The unprofessionalism, false advertising, and nonexistent customer service make this establishment not worth your time or hard-earned cash.
