Riverside Studios is a creative site on the riverside in Hammersmith. Set on the former site of a Victorian iron works, the Studios were converted into a film studio in 1933 with many classic films made there. In 1976, the building became an arts centre with a mixed programme for theatre, dance, television and the creative arts. Inside the studios, you'll find the Bar and Kitchen, an all-day eating and drinking spot for people to get together, pre or post-theatre.
The team at Riverside Studios run a healthy, accesible, internationally influenced menu that is crafted to satisfy all diners and all dietary requirements. Whether you're looking for a full three-course meal, a quick bite to eat, or a chilled wine with friends, the menu will provide something to your tastes. There is also a menu full of artisan, hand-roasted coffee and a wide variety of teas that are perfectly accompanied by snacks or sweet treats.
At the weekend, the restaurant turns into a great brunch spot with views over the river. Toasted crumpets come topped with egg's benedict, royale, or florentine, while healthy, nutritional coconut yoghurt is paired with crunchy, in-house granola. You'll also find a selection of baps and burgers, with the option to add sides of cheesy hash browns, bacon or salad.
On the main menu, the restaurant kicks things off with marinated Buffalo chicken wings before following with mains split into fish, vegetable or meat dishes. Enjoy the British classic of lager battered haddock and chips or opt for a more international cuisine with a plate of spiced, roasted cauliflower, crispy leeks, green peppers, onions, harissa coconut yoghurt and tahini.
Finish off the meal with views over the river at sunset and a delectable dessert. Chilled wine or a cocktail make a great match to a lemon and blueberry cheesecake or black forest gateaux.
