had called the restaurant twice to book a table for my son and grandchildren for his birthday and told the lady on the phone it was his birthday. The table was booked for 6:30 Saturday evening which isn’t that busy at that time when he got there they said a table wasn’t booked so I called again and the lady on the phone said what does he look like so I told her and she said “oh we have found a table for him” unacceptable when I had called to book. Then my grandson went to the waitress and told her it was his dads birthday and nothing happened, when I have seen all the waiters and waitresses come out and sing happy birthday when other people have had birthdays there. I am really disappointed with Opus this is the second complaint I have written in the last few months because of the staff.
Like I said before I have been coming to Opus for months never complained always had amazing service and enjoyed the experience but it’s gone downhill sorry to say I dont know if you have new staff that haven’t been trained properly it really is affecting the service.
