Experience an exclusive whisky and food matching evening with Highland Park whisky at Duck & Waffle, a night of fine food and drink available only to Square Meal readers.
Duck
& Waffle’s head mixologist Richard Woods has put together a set of bespoke cocktails made with Highland Park whisky, while executive chef Daniel Doherty (pictured) has created an entire menu
designed to best complement the many expressions of the gently smoky but surprisingly sweet Orkney whisky.
Held in Duck & Waffle’s (pictured below) impressive private dining room on Wednesday 2 April, the one-off evening will begin with cocktails and nibbles, followed by a six-course tasting menu of
the specially created dishes; the renowned dish of duck and waffle itself (crispy confit duck leg, fried duck egg, and mustard maple syrup on a waffle) will be included. There will be plenty of
opportunity to sample more cocktails throughout, as well as drams of Highland Park.
Set around one communal table, good banter comes as part of the package. And watching the sun set over London from your seats in the sky may just leave you speechless.
