The fourth venue from bar group Mr Fogg’s continues the brand’s running theme: Phileas Fogg’s ‘Around the World in 80 Days’ voyage. In keeping with the motif, the decor consists of Victorian-style furniture, an outdoor terrace and plenty of botanical finds that Mr Fogg has supposedly brought back from his travels. The space is laid out over two floors like an extravagant greenhouse. On the ground floor, cocktails are mixed with exotic spices and Amazonian plants, while upstairs The Secret Language of Flowers menu has each drink representing a feeling, ranging from love to forgiveness. Sips also include the Flight of the Hummingbird (Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, Aperol, raspberry, spiced pineapple, celery, citrus and egg white), while snacks see sweetcorn and chickpea fritters, and fries loaded with crispy lamb and orange mayo. Feeling sweet-toothed? Try the honey crumpets topped with rosemary honeycomb, or drunken pineapple truffles dusted with coconut.
