Mosaic is an all-day restaurant located within The Westin London City hotel in the heart of the City serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea, as well as an extensive drinks menu. Named after the artwork commissioned for the front of the hotel, Mosaic offers a globally-inspired menu made with sustainable and seasonal ingredients, with a focus on nutritious dishes that keep the diners' wellbeing in mind.
The dining room is a bright, airy and convivial space with large windows that overlook the city below. A modern juice bar (The Juicery) lies at one end of the room, where guests can refuel with an assortment of nourishing juices, while in the evening guests can perch at the Taittinger Champagne Bar and sample flutes of chilled fizz.
The restaurant is overseen by head chef Fabio De Paolis who has crafted a menu of international plates and nutritious dishes. The main menu features a selection of small and large plates, including the likes of beef tataki with truffle ponzu and garlic crisp, spring lamb rack with braised lamb, crisped potato terrine, black garlic puree and seaweed jus, and battered cod with tartar sauce, mushy peas and hand-cut chips. Diners can also choose from a selection of burgers, steaks and grills.
For a healthier option, guests are invited to choose from the specially-designed Eat Well Menu featuring a series of nutritionally-balanced dishes, with two portion sizes available for each dish (half or full). Look out for a crispy quinoa salad with tenderstem broccoli, blueberries, confit pecans and an apple vinegar dressing, and a prawn stir-fry with sautéed rice noodles, vegetables and a sesame and low-salt soy sauce.
