Please note: The Ski Lodge is for exclusive hire or for hotel residents only. We unfortunately cannot take reservations for individual guests unless you are a hotel resident. Public walk-ins may be available on the day but are subject to availability. Enquiries are open from 3rd November to 17th December 2023 and, as the venue is for exclusive hire, bookings need to be for a minimum of 10 people. Daytime slot – 12pm - 5pm Evening slot – 6pm - 10pm (Afterparty options are available with a DJ in the Great Russell Suite until 12am) Please enquire with our team if you require a longer session. Preferred accommodation rates can be arranged (10 bedrooms or more) A mandatory security guard is required for 100+ events at £200 per staff Two mandatory security guards are required for 150+ events at £200 per staff

If you are looking for a unique way to celebrate the festive season in London then look no further than the Ski Lodge - London's original ski lodge and winter party venue, awarded 'Bronze' for Best Christmas Party Venue in The London Venue Awards 2019. The Wood Deck is transformed into a magical ski lodge with pine trees, falling snow, reindeer, snowmen, ski racks, piste maps, and strings of fairy lights and lanterns. The centrepiece is a bar serving a selection of beverages, including Schnapps and flavoured vodkas. To help combat the cold and lightly drifting snowflakes, guests can enjoy our delicious candied pecans, mulled wine, hot spiced cider, mugs of steaming hot chocolate cocktails, and big woolly rugs, which will all help to keep you lovely and snug during the long winter nights.
