Eat like a royal at Kouchin, a fine dining Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant conveniently situated on Ashford’s Station Parade. An amalgam of old and new styles, Kouchin’s cuisine is focused on
bringing the food of the Moghuls in to the 21st century. The menu is based around the 200-year-old Dom Phukt way of cooking, created by the Moghuls and led by their love of nature and beauty, both
captured in Kouchin’s elegantly presented dishes, made using excellent quality, all natural ingredients. Doubtless the Moghul emperors that have inspired the team at Kouchin would be equally
impressed with the dining room this regal food is served in. It may not have the over the top adornment of Indian palaces but Kouchin is beautifully decorated in chic pastel colours, furnished in
high back leather seating and white tablecloths and staffed by smartly dressed and highly trained staff who know the menu well and are happy to help diners to navigate the tempting collection of
dishes.
