Joe & The Juice doesn't just serve drinks. They want to provide the fuel to your healthy life full of aspiration and meaning.
If that sounds like a daunting task, it's probably because Joe & The Juice is a bit unorthodox. Founded in Denmark in 2002 by Kaspar Basse, Joe & The Juice became a global presence in less that 20 years, despite the fact that its founding members were not businessmen. They credit their success to team camradarie and simple, good tasting food and drink.
Clearly, the brand is popular because of their drinks. Their coffees are all named after different colors, and their vegan shakes are full of protein. Their juices-- which brought about their success-- are creative in design but simple in ingredients. For example, their Sex me up juice combines apples, passion fruit, ginger, and ice.
And though their name does not suggest it, they actually have a large food menu as well. The menu features salad bowls, sandwiches on a type of flatbread (one of their most popular is the Joe's Club with chicken, tomato, vegan pesto, and avocado), acai and spirulina-style breakfast bowls, and bakery-type snacks. Though you may not be going to Joe & The Juice for their raw passionfruit and raspberry square bar, it certainly can be a more-filling addition to your juice.
Joe & The Juice's dedication to wellness is reflected in their kitchen processes as well. They boast of their 2% food waste score, which is achieved by making food fresh-to-order, while using compostable and 100% biological material to package their food and drinks. They also promise a discount to any customer that brings in a Joe reusable cup. This approach to sustainability is also present in the sourcing of their products, such as their organic coffee from Honduras.
So if you see a pink interior, with music blasting, you'll know it's Joe & The Juice, and that there's something healthy for you inside.
