Since London’s poké trend took off in 2016, Soho joint Island Poké has been steadily collecting siblings, with the addition of a City site in early 2017 and now this offshoot in Canary Wharf. The restaurant’s star serve of Hawaiian bowls of raw fish is highly healthy, low in carbs and seemingly big business. This eat-in and takeaway is open from breakfast through to dinner, seven days a week. Serving up authentic dishes from the Pacific, diners can chow down on acai bowls for breakfast, while later in the day there are more substantial bites including the likes of poké nachos and poké tacos. You can also engage in a bit of DIY, with a build-your-own bowl option available.
