The bar has a core cocktail range that's the talk of the town, but that's not all. The menu includes ramen dishes of tonkotsu broth, shoyu and shio tare, Hakata noodles, BBQ chashu pork, menma, spring onion, egg, burnt garlic oil along with the kimchi and cheese ramen, with shiitake dashi, kimchi miso tare, Tokyo noodles, marinated tofu, kimchi, spring onion and parmesan. The super bowls, such as the roasted beetroot avocado, cucumber, tomato, edamame, Fu pickles, spring onion, shiso dressing, sesame, furikake, seasoned rice offer plenty of nourishment. Rice bowls contain the likes of the teriyaki chicken with chicken thigh, garlic mayo, nori, steamed rice, pickled ginger, egg and spring onion, and there are always plenty of toppings, like the BBQ pork chashu, marinated tofu, pak choi, and crunchy chilli oil.
Happy hour is between 4 and 6pm every day, and includes delicious frozen cocktails, like the Yuzu Margarita with tequila, triple sec, yuzu and lime.
