Located right in the heart of bustling, vibrant Soho, sits Franco Manca’s pizzeria with their signature Neapolitan-style sourdough and amazing toppings. The restaurant is just down the road from Tottenham Court Road underground station or Oxford Circus in the other direction. The area is buzzing with life; there are loads of cool bars, stunning hotel, and theatres. You’ll just be a short distance from theatre land with Soho Theatre, Prince Edward Theatre, and the Phoenix Theatre. Of course, the restaurant is super close to the great shopping destinations of Regent Street and Oxford Street for some post-shopping pizzas. There’s no shortage of things to do in the area, and no shortage of sourdough pizza to keep you going.
The interior is spacious, but still feels familiar and welcoming. The restaurant is bright and friendly with pretty wooden and marble accents throughout giving pops of whites and chocolate tones. The oven is a main feature of the room; you’ll be warmly greeted by the delicious aroma of freshly baking pizzas. Don’t forget to check out the blackboard for the highlights of the day, according to season, for some yummy meat or vegetables pizza options. Otherwise there are loads of great pizzas to choose from the main menu, featuring a curation by the chefs that includes British mozzarella and stilton, spiced pancetta, fresh baby kale, crispy onions, all loaded onto a stunning tomato and caramelised onion base.
There are gluten-free bases available and vegan cheeses to adapt your pizza to your needs, but without compromising on flavour. You can get some tasty bites to share too while you wait for you pizza, such as fresh burrata or British bresaola. The salads are a real treat too, featuring the likes of roasted butternut squash with sundried tomatoes, goat’s curd, and walnuts.
