Coopers is great. I have been going there since the late 90s and have never been disappointed. The menu shows imagination without being outlandish, and the cooking is superb. The prices are a little on the high side, but not outrageous. The service is friendly and efficient, and Denise's advice is always to be trusted. It is quite a lively place at lunchtimes, without being noisy. The atmosphere in the evenings is very varied; it is often used for medium-sized parties, which create a buzz, but on other nights it can be a little too quiet. Always best to book.
