Customers who want to get the most from the spectacular setting of this venue arrive at the hotel’s private pier by boat. Housed within the Grade-I listed Columbia Wharf building, the dining room has a decent choice of classic international dishes, such as 28-day dry-aged steaks and burgers, salads and small plates, alongside some great house specials: think Szechuan-peppered squid or Devon crab on sourdough. At the bar, the staff are more than capable of making a mean Martini, either shaken or stirred. The terrace, with its personal barbecues (where kebabs and rib-eye steaks are more the order of the day), makes a great spot for whiling away the sunset hour.
