Co & Ko is a refined, stylish restaurant on busy Berwick Street in London’s Soho serving Korean cuisine. Chef Young Pa Kim and his team have a combined wealth of experience in fine dining amounting to 20 years and have applied their know-how to ensure that Co & Ko maintains high standards.
The restaurant has an intimate dining area with only room for a select number of guests, intended to be a cosy corner of paradise away from the bustling streets outside. With a paired back, monochrome colour scheme and sophisticated furnishings, the interior design lets the food do the talking.
Co & Ko serves breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, alongside a selection of Korean alcoholic and soft drinks. For breakfast, diners can expect to try kimbap rice rolls stuffed with chicken and bacon, frankfurter or tuna. There’s also K-pop toast with bacon or ham and a selection of salads. The lunch menu is divided into four sections: bibimbap, bulgogi, teriyaki and soup. Each section has a handful of options, mainly served with dumplings.
The dinner menu is based on tapas-style plates which are designed to mix and match with highlights such as grilled miso marinated black cod, Korean beef short rib and ho-duck with vanilla ice cream and sweet pancakes for dessert.
