Chungdam

Chungdam is located in the heart of Soho and brings with it authentic Korean delicacies. The team are guided by traditional Korean cooking techniques and use beautiful, finely selected ingredients to ensure an authentic experience for diners.

For the barbecue, you can choose from chateaubriand fillet mignon, Angus ribeye and beef brisket, along with marinated short ribs, Chungdam bulgogi and a tender pork belly. On the side, you'll need some tasty dishes, perhaps try the spicy cold noodles or soybean stew, along with poached squid with fresh veg and rice, and sanchae veggie bibimbap. The three tier steam box is a special experience, complete with thinly sliced beef brisket, ribeye and mixed seasonal vegetables, along with delicious seafood. You can choose to add on abalone, Spanish prawns and lobster tail, and then have a hotpot choice of spicy mala or mild soy shabu shabu. Some of the sides include Kimchi with an assortment of seasoned veggies, vermicelli noodles with prime beef and veggies, and thin sliced prime beef that is pan fried and served with soy sauce. The raw prime beef tartare is dressed with pear and sesame oil, and the seasoned squid comes with a spicy gochujang sauce.
