For brunch, enjoy poached eggs on toasted sourdough with avocado and halloumi, along with a garlic and thyme roasted field mushroom. For something classics, perhaps you’ll order the American steel cut oats made with almond milk, sliced apple, sultanas, toasted walnuts, maple syrup and cinnamon, or a sweet treat of black forest brioche French toast made with Nutella, winter berry compote, whipped cream and chocolate curls.
The daytime menu begins with some nibbles and sharers, including honey glazed chipolatas with whole grain mustard dip, hummus and pita with harissa dressing, and crispy chilli sea bass fillets with noodles and chilli oil. Also on the small plates menu are the smoked BBQ sticky ribs with crispy onions and fresh chilli, along with prawn skewers marinated in lemongrass and charred lime, and mac and cheese made with smoked pancetta and truffle oil. The main event during the day includes sticky beef tacos made with smoked brisket, gem lettuce, pickled slaw, crispy onions and a soy and lime glaze.
During the evening, there are even more delicious dishes to be enjoyed. Enjoy some bao buns made with either roast duck and hoisin, or salt and chilli roasted pork belly with pickled apple slaw, salt and chilli seasoning and gochujang mayo. For your main, why not try the mac attack burger, packed with two house made beef patties, smoked streaky, Monterey Jack cheese, gem lettuce, mac sauce and pickles in a brioche bun with French fries.
