The founders of Baratxuri, (pronounced Bara-churri) Joe & Fiona Botham are driven by their passion when it comes to food, wine and music. Learning to cook over fires in the caves of the Sierra De Maria, Andalucía, ignited Joe's passion for fire cookery and they have been discovering the wonders of flame, smoke and embers ever since.
