The Aspect Bar & Bistro is located in the Lothersdale Hotel in Morecambe, it’s found in a great central position on the Promenade. So, you can enjoy your dinner and drinks with spectacular views of the Lakeland Fells and Morecambe Bay.

Afternoon tea at the restaurant includes a selection of homemade cakes including carrot cake, macarons, a gin and tonic cupcake, lemon meringue and profiteroles, along with scones with clotted cream and Tiptree jam. The sandwich selection includes classics like cucumber and creme fraiche, ham and chutney and egg mayonnaise.
Light bites are served from 12 noon until 4pm, and include a Lancashire cheese and pickle sandwich with rustic fries. On the side, you may like to order some truffle and parmesan fries or garlic creamed potatoes. Authentic pizzas are cooked up in a stone based oven, and the main menu has something for everyone with dishes like the fish pie with lemon and dill sauce and chickpea and spinach potato curry.
On Sundays, guests are invited to ‘Sea View Sundays’, to enjoy a delicious roast dinner with beautiful views of the bay. Expect to find smoked pork and black pudding croquettes with brown sauce, roast belly of pork with apple sauce and slow braised lamb shank on the menu. Cocktails are priced at a fixed one-size price, and include a White Russian, Purple Rain and Strawberry Mojito.
