I was disappointed with the experience of the afternoon tea. We came a few years ago and it was excellent this time was so different. It was unorganised when we arrived then when the guy asked us if we would like a drink it wasn't pleasant it was do you want a drink, when he brought a jug of water over he knocked the glasses over. He brought out a plate of sandwiches which were all cheese not the variety as it said on the menu, the pickle was in a pot on the side with some salad and a few tortilla chips. The lady then brought out the cakes and again these were just in plates rather than the afternoon tea teirs. It was as if we were forgotten about because we were the only people having afternoon tea in there. The room was very hot and when we had finished the food the lady came to take the plates away and we had to ask for the cup of tea, she then opened the byfolds for us to let some air in the room. I was just very disappointed this time, not the same experience at all.
