The 1838 Restaurant & Bar in the Mansion House serves locally sourced, seasonally inspired menus, including the likes of 12hr slow-cooked sous vide blade of beef, Buccleuch steaks or ‘McSweens’ vegetarian haggis Scotch egg. The décor is every bit as impressive as the food, with light streaming in through the glass ceiling and indoor trees and plants complementing the fresh colour scheme.
