With an excellent central location in the City of London, The Inner Temple is a stunning venue with a rich history dating back over 600 years. This iconic organisation is a truly unique choice for your next private dining occasion, boasting breathtaking Georgian architecture, world-class food and drink, and attentive service to ensure a memorable event. Whether you’re organising a gala dinner, corporate meal or private celebration with friends and family, Inner Temple Hall is guaranteed to impress.
There are four private dining spaces available, all located on the first floor. The most grand of these is undoubtedly the Hall, an opulent space with a triple height ceiling, oak-panelled walls and towering stained glass windows. An impressive 240 guests can be accommodated here, with slightly smaller parties of up to 100 more at home in the adjacent Parliament Chamber.
The Drawing Room, which overlooks the estate, and the nearby Luncheon Room are both great choices for more intimate private dinners. These elegant spaces feature historic art, plentiful natural light and glittering chandeliers, and can accommodate up to 56 and 65 guests respectively.
For your private meal, there are several options. Most popular is the seasonal three-course menu which showcases British produce and can be configured how you please, with additional courses and optional extras available. The menu changes frequently but can include delights like Loch Duart confit salmon with winter root slaw and rapeseed salad cream, and Richmond estate venison tartare with egg yolk emulsion, pickled shallots, gherkin gel and game chips to start.
For the main event dig into Suffolk chicken with celeriac gratin, Umbrian lentils, salt baked baby fennel, or keep it vegetarian with pumpkin gnocchi with burn butter velouté, ceps, lovage pesto, cavolo nero and parmesan, before finishing with classic desserts like tarte tatin or sticky toffee pudding.
