In the lead up to the event key members of staff will meet with you to discuss your needs and expectations before carrying out a full inspection of the site to conduct a thorough risk assessment. Afterwards your event leas will spend hours planning your display to make sure it’s an awe-inspiring show that will have your guests gasping in delight, as well as liaising with the emergency services so they are aware of your event.
On the day the fully-qualified team will set up the display and make sure that all safety procedure are in place well in advance. Once the event starts the lead firer will stay in touch with you to ensure that the timings are all as planned and the display launches when required. After the event the team will fully clear any debris and rake the site to leave it as they found it. They’ll also send you a video of the show if you request it to be recorded.
