Now in its tenth year, this expanding catering company launched by Hattie Mauleverer-Jones in 2007 creates bespoke menus for all manner of events, ranging from small, intimate dinners to large receptions, conferences and product launches. Designed by a Michelin star-trained head chef, menu options include afternoon tea, barbecues, bowl food, canapés and three-course meals, with dishes regularly evolving to incorporate current food trends, seasonal produce and any themes relevant to an event. And as TopHat is based next to a London heliport, even stubborn traffic jams won’t affect hungry guests, as the food can take to the skies.
