Just 10 minutes from Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle, The Bonham meeting rooms offer a captivating location for all manner of events. Set conveniently in the West End, the hotel dates back to 1872 and has retained many of its original features and 19th-century interiors. Think beautiful wood-panelled flooring, ornate cornices and carved wooden details.
There are a range of event spaces at The Bonham, which can provide a beautiful setting for up to 45 guests. The Dean Suite is located on the ground floor of the hotel, and has bay windows that look out onto Drumsheugh Gardens and high ceilings that let the light flood in. You should also consider hiring The Library which can be used as a breakout room for events in The Dean Suite or hired out on its own. Recently refurbished, stacked with books and fitted with a flat-screen TV, the layout is ideal for more casual occasions. If you want to book The Dean Suite for a board meeting, the table can be arranged lengthways. Alternatively, small tables can be dotted around and arranged to suit cocktail parties and receptions.
Then there's The Snug. An intimate and cosy space, it previously served as a reading room. Today it accommodates up to eight of your guests and is better suited to small private parties or formal meetings. For meetings at The Bonham, you’ll find a day delegate rate, which includes three servings of hot beverages with biscuits, water and morning pastries. You'll also get to enjoy a hot buffet with dessert and a fruit bowl, along with jars of sweets. If you have a presentation, you will be pleased to find that there's a 70-inch screen, WiFi, flip charts and complimentary delegate pads and pens.
