The Royal Scots Club was set up to honour the memory of the Royal Scots after the end of The Great War, and is now a wonderful members club that brings together people from all walks of life, in order to enjoy the modern business facilities and event spaces, along with several hotel style bedrooms.
There are great event settings for your team and clients at The Royal Scots Club, which has now become one of Edinburgh's most popular conference venues. Your guests will be able to find you with ease, just five minutes away from Princes Street in Edinburgh's New Town. The team here are proud to be well experienced when it comes to putting on events, and so their attention to detail is incomparable. There are several rooms available for hire, beginning with The Ellesmere Room which is located on the ground floor, and modestly sized to host up to 30 of your guests in a recommended boardroom or interview layout. The Douglas Room is one level up and is beautifully decorated to be a great setting for team offsites, training, press launches and classrooms, and has space for 50 people.
The Princess Royal Bar is on the lower basement floor and provides full service, making it a great choice for office parties and co-working, whilst the The Hepburn Suite is a luxurious setting for up to 120 guests depending on the layout, and is best suited to auditions, banquets and larger events. Last but not least is The Princess Royal Suite which is the biggest in size, and is suitable for up to 165 people. You can make use of the many great amenities in the event spaces, such as complimentary internet access, conference packs, cordial, mints and mineral water, and flip charts with paper and pens. You can also use the 50-inch LCD screens, conference phones and Windows laptops upon request.
