If you like to keep things traditional, the House Negroni features sweet vermouth homemade using local ingredients, while the signatures page is full of delights such as the Bloom with chrysanthemum vodka, Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, lychee acid, lemon and apple, as well as the Pine with Midori, pisco, homemade pine liqueur and pine foam, with lemon, salt and bitters.
