Proud City is a venue near Fenchurch Street, offering world-class cabaret and circus acts including burlesque artists, aerialists and fire breathers. Guests can also dine and choose from a range of unique cocktails to enjoy during the performances.
Proud City is a renovated venue able to host up to 235 seated and 300 standing. There are two rooms available for private hire, perfect for everything from VIP cocktail parties to or corporate entertaining, daytime conferences or exclusive Christmas parties.
The first room, CITY1, features a large dance floor with luxurious booths surrounding it, all directed towards a sizable stage that can be used for live performers, bands, DJs and much more. The top tier sound, lighting and AV help create the perfect party atmosphere whilst also being suitable for corporate and other more formal events.
CITY 2 is perfect for smaller corporate events and sit-down dinners or private birthdays and informal work events. This room also has a small stage and raised DJ booth with a banquette seating all the way around the room. Both rooms boast their own private entrances, bars, cloakrooms, and toilets. Floor seats can be removed to open up the dancefloor, making this a truly versatile venue.
The food at Proud, like the performance, doesn’t disappoint. Delight your guests with a decadent food and drink package. For standing events, a typical package includes a Champagne reception, luxury canapes, elephant bowl food and drinks. Seated event packages, however, typically include a cocktail reception, three-course dinner, half a bottle of wine, post-dinner shot (a touch that we love), and drinks packages.
