Old Palace Chester is a 300-year-old property located on the banks of the River Dee that blends years of heritage with contemporary style. It’s also excellently located, being just a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, five minutes by foot from the city centre, and a 10-minute drive from the M53.
The venue can be hired exclusively or in part, depending on the size of your event, with space for up to 220 delegates. The River Room is a light-filled space that would be ideal for a conference or fashion show, with space for up to 80 seated or 110 standing. While the Ballroom is its largest space, able to host 150 banquet style or 200 standing, that would work for large work parties, conferences or gala dinners. This bright, blank canvas room can be decorated to your requirements, too.
The team boasts 25 years' experience in catering and event management, which means you can expect some top-quality food and drink at your event. Menus can be made bespoke, and include a huge array of options, including breakfast, pizza, barbecue, bowl food, three-course meals, wines and drinks.
