With such a central location, neither you nor your guests need to worry about transport links, thanks to No.4 Hamilton Place's short distance walk from Hyde Park Corner and Green Park tube stations. Once inside, the venue can cater for anything from eight to 200 guests, with AV equipment and digital facilities, as well as an in-house catering service.

When it comes to choosing a space, arguably the most impressive is The Marshall of Cambridge Room and Foyer which boasts huge windows which flood the space with natural light, ornate, golden ceiling details and glittering chandeliers. If planning a wedding, awards ceremony or just one hell of a party, this space is a stunning backdrop for a very special night - and some fabulous photos!

Or, alternatively if planning an important client meeting, there's a range of appropriate rooms, such as the Sopwith Room which boasts a large wooden table and space for at least 12 people. The space is decorated handsomely with historic details, pictures and bookshelves, for an elegant working environment.

Cancellation Policy

30. Cancellation/Termination 30.1. By the Hirer (a) In the unfortunate circumstances that the Hirer has to cancel the booking, the Hire Agreement will be terminated and the Hirer shall, at the date of termination, be liable to pay to No.4HP a Cancellation Charge as determined below: (i) 50% of the Room hire rate if the booking is cancelled within 90 working days prior to the date of the Event. (ii) 100% of the Room hire rate if the booking is cancelled within 30 working days prior to the date of the Event. (b) If the Hirer for any reason terminates the Hire Agreement, the Hirer shall, in addition to liability provided for elsewhere, be liable at the date of termination to reimburse No.4HP for any and all costs and expenses incurred on behalf of the Hirer in connection with the Hire Agreement or the Event
