There’s a brand-new corporate hospitality experience on offer at this year’s Taste of London in Regent’s Park.
The Taste Residence will welcome three world-renowned chefs to the festival (taking place on 14-18 June), where they’ll host private dinners in a chef’s-table style atmosphere. Guests will sit on stools overlooking the kitchen where they can watch chef prepare four taster-sized dishes before quizzing them on their process.
Groups can pick from Alex Atala of two-Michelin-starred D.O.M. in Brazil’s Sao Paulo, the World’s 50 Best’s Female Chef of the Year Ana Ros from Slovenia, and London favourite Ollie Dabbous. Each will be cooking some of their favourite dishes, with Atala bringing over ingredients from the Amazon and Ros using a special cheese made by her husband Valter. We particularly like the sound of Dabbous’s grilled lamb with violet mustard and pickled vine leaves.
Prices start from £85pp, which includes the four-course dining experience on top of the standard VIP package (£20 Taste credit, fast-track festival entry, VIP lounge access and glass of Laurent Perrier champagne).
The Taste Residence package can be booked for groups and individuals online, however if you would like a bespoke hospitality package with a private area, please get in contact with the team here.
