The team behind the famous steak restaurant will be curating Sunday’s Tribal Banquet at the Lincolnshire festival.
Following on from James Lowe (Lyle’s), Elizabeth Allen (Pidgin) and Lee Westcott (The Typing Room), Hawksmoor’s group exec chef Richard Turner will complete the weekend’s culinary line-up on 27 August.
After a welcome bloody maria cocktail overlooking the Village’s Lake of Tranquillity, guests who attend the one-off food event will enjoy a Brixham crab salad with brown shrimps before Hawksmoor’s signature Sunday roast and a dessert of raspberry sundae.
