Take a sidestep from floral table centres and get your florist to create pieces using olive, manzanita or birch branches. In the fashion world, signature styles of the 80s have been big on the catwalks this season. The ideas transfer well into events too, just apply high-shine fabrics, cool graphics and a dress code. Night dos are where this era really flourishes.
