We recently met with 100 or so of our dear readers to check out the central-London venue’s Eat Screen experience, available for private events

‘Immersive’ was the name of the game, with guests having the chance to enjoy a curated mix of food, music and film. Our crowd were treated to themed cocktails, canapés and bowl food.
They were served in the David Lean Room, designed by Event Concept in the style of an LA jazz club. Things were kept lively with a cool covers band, provided by Sternberg Clarke.
Then it was over to the Princess Anne Theatre for a screening of
La La Land. Bafta director Julian Shaw welcomed everyone before handing the mic to film critic Jason Solomans. He lead a 10-minute discussion about the film – and then the curtain came up!
If this looks right up your street and you'd be keen to attend our next reader event, contact our Events Manager
