Ingredients

50ml bourbon
25ml fresh lime juice
20ml maple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 cubes candied ginger
1/4 fresh, cubed Red Delicious apple
Bundaberg ginger beer

Method

Glass: Highball

Muddle the fresh apple, candied ginger and maple syrup together

Add the bourbon, lime juice and Angostura bitters

Shake, before straining into a short glass

Top up with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
