The sloes and hawthorn in this fresh but intense gin perfectly complement the naturally herbaceous tones of the signature Hepple flavours.

Ingredients

35ml Hepple Sloe and Hawthorn Gin
15ml Matusalem Oloroso Sherry
50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Fever-Tree Ginger Beer to taste

Method

Glass: highball

Fill the highball glass two thirds full with ice

Add the gin, sheery and apple juice and stir for 25 seconds

Add more ice and top with ginger beer

Garnish with a wheel of clementine
